AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a stormwater
easement in the City of Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The southern seventeen and one-half (17.5) feet of the
stormwater easement granted by subdivision plat over the
northern portion of Lot 5 of Bonhomme Woods, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 70 and 71 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the five (5) foot wide
sewer easement over the western five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1970.
