AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 356 (Northridge
Hills) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 356 (Northridge Hills).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 356
(Northridge Hills) shall be as follows:

NORTHRIDGE HILLS
Beginning in the centerline of Old Halls Ferry Rd. at its
intersection with the easterly prolongation of the south line of
NORTHRIDGE HILLS, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo. as per
plat thereof recorded in P.B. 75, Pg. 13, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence westerly along said prolongation, and
along the south line of said subdivision to the southwest corner
thereof; thence northerly along the west line of said subdivision
to the northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the north
line of said subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 7 of
ROLLING HILLS, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B.
65, Pg. 35, said Recorder's office; thence north along the west
line of said Lot 7 to its northwest corner; thence northwesterly
in a straight line across Rolling Hills Dr. to the southwest
corner of Lot 21 of said ROLLING HILLS; thence north along the
west line of said Lot 21 to its northwest corner; thence east
along the north lines of Lots 21-25, incl., of said ROLLING HILLS
to the northeast corner of said Lot 25; thence easterly 50'+ in a
straight line across Rolling Hills Dr. to the southwest corner of
Lot 48 of said ROLLING HILLS; thence east 45.64' along the south
line of said Lot 48 to its southeast corner; thence northeasterly
47.15' along the eastern line of said Lot 48 to the northernmost
corner of property conveyed to Halls Ferry Christian Church, by
deed recorded in Bk. 6121, Pg. 554, said Recorder's office; thence
southeasterly along the northern line of said church property, and
its southeasterly prolongation, to the centerline of Old Halls

Ferry Rd; and southerly along said road centerline to the
beginning.
