AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Associates, Inc., for the construction of a gatewell structure at
Arlee & Perrin, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Associates, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gatewell structure
at Arlee & Perrin of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of October,
1970, and formally executed on the 23rd day of October, 1970 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for a gatewell structure and the
structure to be constructed being necessary for the protection of
the public health, an emergency exists within the meaning of the
Plan, and this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately
upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1970.
