AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation for
the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971 of Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for
contractual services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be
used for contractual services for the remainder of the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1971.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1970.
