AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Forty Dollars ($59,640.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
Maintenance Department to be used as itemized for additional work
on and maintenance of flood walls.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Forty Dollars ($59,640.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the Maintenance Department to be used as
follows:
$40,230.00 for Personal Services
$19,410.00 for Capital Outlay
for additional work on and maintenance of flood walls.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1970.
