AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty-three Thousand
Dollars ($33,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
Improvement Fund, and transferring Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
89 (Loretta-Joplin) to the Improvement Fund, and appropriating the
sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Improvement
Fund to be used for construction of the storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 89 Loretta-Joplin (Viehl Avenue Extension).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Dollars
($33,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
Improvement Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund
of Subdistrict No. 89 (Loretta-Joplin) to the Improvement Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to
be used for construction of the storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 89
Loretta-Joplin (Viehl Avenue Extension).
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1970.
