AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 110 and 111 of St. Ferdinand Commons, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. A portion of that ten (10) feet wide sewer easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Book 6451, Page 308 of the St. Louis County
Records, the centerline of which portion is more particularly
described as beginning at a point on said centerline fifty
(50) feet West of the East line of tract conveyed to the
Special School District of St. Louis County, Missouri, by
deed recorded in Book 5832, Page 557 of the St. Louis County
records; thence North sixty-four (64) degrees forty-five (45)
minutes West sixty-four and two tenths (64.2) feet to an
angle point; thence North thirty-seven (37) degrees forty-
five (45) minutes West ninety-five (95) feet to a point.
2. The western one hundred five (105) feet of that ten (10)
feet wide easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6205, Page 612 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1970.
