HomeMy Public PortalAbout02100 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2100 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 297 (Gregan Place) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 297 (Gregan Place). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 297 (Gregan Place) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 GREGAN PLACE Beginning in the centerline of Page Blvd., at its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of PAGEVIEW, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 9, Pg. 97, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence west along the centerline of Page Blvd. to its intersection with the centerline of Kings land Ave., 40 feet wide, (from the north); thence north along the centerline of said Kingsland Ave. to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of property conveyed to Walter and Etta Dollison, by deed recorded in Bk. 6346, Pg. 2470, said Recorder's office; thence west along said prolongation and along the south line of said Dollison property, to the southwest corner thereof; thence north along the west line of said Dollison property to its northwest corner; thence west along the western prolongation of the north line of said Dollison property, 59.83 feet to its. intersection with a line parallel to and 180 feet westwardly from, measured at right angles to, the west line of said Kingsland Ave.; thence north along said parallel line to the south line of property conveyed to Roosevelt T. Clemons and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6390, Pg. 713, said Recorder's office; thence west and north along the south and west lines, respectively, of said Clemons property to its northwest corner in the south line of Wynhill Ave.; thence northeasterly across Wynhill Ave. to the southwest corner of property conveyed to M. Lippert by deed recorded in Bk. 4923, Pg. 433, said Recorder's office thence north along the west line of 3 said Lippert property to its northwest corner; thence west along the east-west centerline of Block I of FAIRMOUNT, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 5, Pg. 86, said Recorder's office, to the southwest corner of Lot 7 in said Block 1; thence north along the west line of said Lot 7, across Robbins Ave. and along the west line of Lot 25 in Block 2 of said FAIRMOUNT to the northwest corner of said Lot 25; thence east along the south line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal R.R. right-of-way to the west line of property conveyed to Hill-Behan Lumber Co. by deed recorded in Bk. 749, Pg. 298, said Recorder's office; thence south along the west line of said Hill-Behan Lumber Co. property, and its southern prolongation, to the beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 1, 1970.
