AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 363 (Attucks &
Tolstoi) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 363 (Attucks & Tolstoi).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 363
(Attucks & Tolstoi) shall be as follows:

ATTUCKS & TOLSTOI
Beginning in the centerline of Attucks St. at its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 9 in Block
34 of MEACHAM PARK, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in
P.B. 3, Pg. 33, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of Attucks St. to its intersection
with the centerline of Tolstoi St.; thence southwardly along the
centerline of Tolstoi St. to its intersection with the eastern
prolongation of the east-west centerline of Block 35 of said
MEACHAM PARK; thence westwardly along said eastern prolongation,
and along said east-west centerline of Block 35, to the southwest
corner of Lot 11 in said Block 35; thence north along the west
line of said Lot 11, and its northern prolongation to the
centerline of New York St.; thence westwardly along the centerline
of New York St. to its intersection with the southern prolongation
of the east line of Lot 36 in said Block 34; thence northwardly
along said southern prolongation, and along the east lines of Lots
36 and 9 in said Block 34, and along the northern prolongation of
said Lot 9, to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 1, 1970.
