AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6480, Page 1243 of
the St. Louis County Records in land situated in Lots 12, 13-
B and 18, Hanley Park 1st Addition, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 129, Pages 52 and 43 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 1, 1970.
