AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Oakland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of that twenty (20) feet wide sewer easement
granted to the City of Kirkwood by deed recorded in Book 179,
Page 313 of the St. Louis County Records over the northern
forty-eight (48) feet of Lot 8 and the southern fifty-five
(55) feet of Lot 9 of Hillvalle Subdivision, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 38 of the Records of St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 16, 1970.
