AN ORDINANCE, transferring Nine Thousand-Seven Hundred
Forty-nine and 05/100 Dollars ($9,749.05) from the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund and Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) from the
Improvement Fund (Russell and Company) to the Construction Fund of
Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk) and appropriating
the transferred sums from the receiving fund to be used to pay the
District's portion of the cost of a sanitary sewer constructed in
Chicago and Milwaukee Avenues in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty-nine and 05/100 Dollars ($9,749.05) is hereby transferred
from the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund to the Construction Fund of
Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk).
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Improvement Fund
(Russell and Company) to the Construction Fund of Subdistrict No.
257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk).
Section Three. The sum of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty-nine and 05/100 Dollars ($12,749.05) is hereby appropriated
from the Construction Fund of Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue
Subtrunk) to be used to pay the District's portion of the cost of
1478 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and
appurtenances constructed in Chicago and Milwaukee Avenues in St.
Louis County,Missouri.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 16, 1970.
