HomeMy Public PortalAbout02109 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2109 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 364 (Thatcher Hall Storm Sewer) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 364 (Thatcher Hall Storm Sewer). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 364 (Thatcher & Hall Storm Sewer) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 THATCHER & HALL STORM SEWER Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of said Hall and Thatcher Streets.; thence Southerly along said centerline of Hall St. to the centerline of said Calvary Ave.; thence Westerly along the centerline of Calvary Ave. to the centerline of said Norfolk and Western Railroad Co. R/W; thence Northerly along said Railroad Co. R/W to the centerline of said Thatcher St.; and thence Easterly along the centerline of Thatcher St. to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1971.
