AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 22 and 23 of Redman Woods Plat 2, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The portion of that ten (10) feet wide sewer easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Book 6153, Page 241 of the St. Louis County
Records, that lies in Lots 22 and 23 of Redman Woods Plat 2,
a Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 58 and 59, of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
easements granted by said subdivision plat of Redman Woods
Plat 2.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1971.
