HomeMy Public PortalAbout02111 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2111 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund, Operation and Maintenance, to be used to pay the cost of reconstruction of combined sewers at the cave-ins at Norwood Square, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund, Operation and Maintenance, to be used to pay the cost of 240 lineal feet of fifteen (15") inch and twenty- seven (27") inch in diameter combination sewers and appurtenances to be reconstructed in an area East of Union Boulevard and North of St. Louis Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, which area is known as Norwood Square. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1971.
