AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation of
Twenty-six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Engineering Department to be
used in the remainder of the current fiscal year for personal
services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Engineering Department to be
used in the remainder of the current fiscal year for personal
services.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1971.
