AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the Improvement Fund Six
Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-
Frontenac Area) and Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, and
appropriating from the Improvement Fund the sum of Eight Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) to be used for the construction
of storm sewers at Spoede Road and Country View, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-
Frontenac Area) to the Improvement Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Improvement Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers at Spoede
Road and Country View, St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 21, 1971.
