AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Metco
Corporation for the construction of the Virginia Avenue Pump
Station Storage Building at the Lemay Pumping Station, St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metco Corporation, as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of the Virginia Avenue Pump Station
Storage Building at the Lemay Pumping Station, St. Louis,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of
December, 1970, and formally executed on the 13th day of January,
1971, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following
form:

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 21, 1971.
