AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood
Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood Creek).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 374
(Wedgwood Creek) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of New Halls Ferry
Rd. and Mohan Dr.; thence westerly along the centerline of Mohan
Dr. to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west
line of Lot 10 of HALLS FERRY RIDGE, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 122, Pg. 94, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence northerly along said prolongation, and along said
west line to the southeast corner of Lot 6 of said HALLS FERRY
