AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6, Block 2 of McKinley Place, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The southern ten (10) feet of an easement twenty-five
(25) feet wide over the southern twenty-five (25) feet of Lot
6, Block 2, McKinley Place, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 146 of the St. Louis County Records, said
easement twenty-five (25) feet wide being a portion of the
one described in the Commissioners' Report recorded in Book
5820, Page 130 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1971.
