AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Construction
Fund of Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk) to the
Improvement Fund and appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used to pay the
District's share of the cost of construction of approximately
23,738 feet of sanitary sewers serving the Meacham Park area North
of Interstate Highway 44 and East of Lindbergh Boulevard in St.
Louis County, Missouri. The remaining cost of construction of
these sewers is to be paid for by a U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development Grant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus
of the Construction Fund of Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue
Subtrunk) to the Improvement Fund and appropriating Sixty-one
Thousand Dollars ($61,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used
to pay the District's share of the cost of construction of
approximately 23,738 feet of sanitary sewers serving the Meacham
Park area North of Interstate Highway 44 and East of Lindbergh
Boulevard in St. Louis County, Missouri. The remaining cost of

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1971.
