AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) feet wide sewer easements granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in
Book 6350, Page 157 of the Records of St. Louis County,
Missouri, over Lot "A" of Hathaway Trails Plat 1 a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 123, Page 48 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1971.
