AN ORDINANCE, waiving all future rights of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in and under a certain
License Agreement relating to the construction, relocation,
ownership and maintenance of a sanitary sewer across a tract of
land in Sections 31 and 32, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book 4550, Page 589 of the
Records of St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, on March 20, 1961, ACF Industries,
Incorporated, as Grantor, and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, as Grantee, entered into a certain License Agreement
relating to the construction, relocation, ownership and
maintenance of a sanitary sewer across certain land owned or in
possession of Grantor, and
WHEREAS, such License Agreement has been superseded by
subsequent grants to the District of easements for such sewer as
partly relocated, and by subsequent dedication of such sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District hereby waives all future
rights as Grantee in and under a certain License Agreement entered
into on March 20, 1961, between ACF Industries, Incorporated, as
Grantor, and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, as
Grantee, recorded in Book 4550, Page 589 of the Records of St.
Louis County, Missouri, and relating to the construction,
relocation, ownership and operation across a certain tract of land
in Sections 31 and 32, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as more particularly described in such License
Agreement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1971.
