AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1855, adopted March 6, 1969 and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 321 (Grupp & Blaze) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1855, adopted March 6,
1969 is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 321 (Grupp & Blaze), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 35 in Block 5 of
"Manhattan Heights Addition," a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 7, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along the North line of
said Lot 35, and its prolongation eastwardly to the northeast
corner of Lot 9 in Block 11 of said subdivision; thence
southwardly fifty (50) feet along the East lines of Lots 9
and 10 in said Block 11 to the southeast corner of said Lot
10; thence westwardly along the South line of said Lot 10 and
its prolongation westwardly to the southwest corner of Lot 36
in said Block 5; thence northwardly fifty (50) feet along the
West lines of Lots 36 and 35 in said Block 5, to the
beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of sad Ordinance No. 1855 as
hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 321
(Grupp & Blaze) shall be as follows:

GRUPP & BLAZE
Beginning in the west line of Grupp Road, feet wide, at the
southeast corner of property conveyed to Wilson Hanebrink and wife
by deed recorded in Book 2130, Page 179, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the south line of said
Hanebrink property, 440 feet, more or less, to the southwest
corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line of said
Hanebrink property, 384 feet, are or less, to its northwest
corner; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Hanebrink
property, 340 foot, more or less, to a point 100 feet west of the
west line of said Grupp Road; thence northwardly, parallel with
said road line, 900 feet; thence eastwardly at right angles to
Grupp Road, 120 feet to the centerline thereof; thence northwardly
along the centerline of Grupp Road, 596 feet, more or loss, to the
western prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to
Clarence A. Schlegel and wife by Book recorded in Book 2449, Page
107, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said western
prolongation, and along tho north line of said Schlegel property,
103 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner thereof in the
west line of Luella Place, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 98, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southwardly along the west line of said Luella
Place to the northwest corner of Lot 12 thereof; thence eastwardly
120 feet, more or less, along the north line of said Lot 12, and
its prolongation eastwardly, to the centerline of Blaze Avenue;
thence southwardly along said centerline to the western

prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to Paul A.
Ramlow and wife by deed recorded in Book 3282, Page 25, said
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and
along said north line to the west line of "Manhattan Heights
Addition", a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
21, Page 7, said Recorder's office; thence southwardly along the
west line of said "Manhattan Heights Addition" to the northwest
corner of Lot 37 in Block 5 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly
along the north line of said Lot 37, and its prolongation
eastwardly to the northeast corner of Lot 11 in Block 11 of said
subdivision; thence southwardly 200 feet along the east line of
Lots 11 thru 18 in said Block 11 to the south line of said
subdivision; thence eastwardly along said south line to the
northern prolongation of the west line of "Marquette Park", a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 46,
said Recorder's office; thence southwardly along said
prolongation, and along said west line, 150.00 feet; thence
westwardly and parallel with the south line of said "Manhattan
Heights Addition", and its western prolongation, 551.88 feet to
the northeast corner of property conveyed to Jason E. Kniffen Real
Estate Company by deed recorded in Book 6295, Page 2290, said
Recorder's office; thence southwardly 115 feet and westwardly 120
feet along the east and south lines, respectively, of said Kniffen
property, to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Garold
B. Cunard and wife by deed recorded in Book 4170, Page 86, said
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along the east lines of said

Cunard property, and that conveyed to Edward R. Stevens, by deed
recorded in Book 5762, Page 235, said Recorder's office, to the
southeast corner of said Stevens property; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Stevens property, and the western
prolongation thereof, 123.00 feet to the beginning.
