AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sanitary and
stormwater sewer easement in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The northern three (3) feet of the ten (10) foot wide
sanitary and stormwater sewer easement granted by subdivision
plat over the southern portion of Lot 1 of Sylvan Spring
Addition No. 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62, Page
37 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
five (5) foot wide sanitary and stormwater sewer easement
over the eastern five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1971.
