AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund the sum
of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($9,252.00) from
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund and the sum of Forty-six
Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-four Dollars ($46,774.00) from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund, and appropriating the
sum of One Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($102,800.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Finance Department to be used for prepayment of the premium
for casualty insurance on District realty.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty-two Dollars ($9,252.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Forty-six Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-four Dollars ($46,774.00) is hereby transferred to
the General Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict
Section Three. The sum of One Hundred Two Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($102,800.00) is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Finance
Department to be used for prepayment of the premium for casualty
insurance on District realty.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1971.
