AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-one Thousand Dollars
($21,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund to be used to purchase the Lindbergh High School
Sanitary Trunk Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Dollars
($21,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be used to
purchase the Lindbergh High School Sanitary Trunk Sewer.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1971.
