AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Pine Lawn, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement for sewer purposes granted to the Melrose Sewer
District by deed recorded in Book 1569, Page 464 of the St.
Louis County Records over the southern fifteen (15) feet of
the western twenty (20) feet of Lot 4 of Westerhoff's
Resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 16, 17 and part of Lot 4 and
15 in Block 1 of Westerhoff's Edgewood Park, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 9 of the Records of St, Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1971.
