AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in City Block
987 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. Contiguous sewer easements twenty and one-half (20.5)
and twenty-six and one-half (26.5) feet wide, respectively,
in City Block 987 of The City of St. Louis, Missouri, granted
to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded
in Book 8594, Page 97 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 7, 1971.
