HomeMy Public PortalAbout02145 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2145 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 376 (Blackjack- Dellwood Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 376 (Blackjack-Dellwood Creek). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 376 (Blackjack-Dellwood Creek) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 BLACKJACK-DELLWOOD STORM SUBDISTRICT Beginning in the southern line of HATHAWAY MEADOWS NO. 2, a subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 61, Pg. 8, St. Louis County Recorder's office, distant easterly along said southern line 150' from the centerline of Duke Dr., as established in said subdivision; thence southerly, at right angles to said subdivision line, 900' to the confluence of Blackjack Creek and Maline Creek, which is the point of beginning of the herein described subdistrict boundary; thence westerly in a straight line to an interior corner of property conveyed to Hathaway Realty Company, Inc., by deed recorded in Bk. 4585, Pg. 627, said Recorder's office (all further references herein to Plat Books and/or Deed Books are to those filed of record in the St. Louis County, Mo.
