HomeMy Public PortalAbout02146 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2146 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 366 (University City Branch of River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 366 (University City Branch of River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict). Section Two. Faldugi by deed recorded in Book 6403, Page 600 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the western line of said Faldugi tract to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the southern line of said Faldugi tract to the northeast corner of Lot 52 in Block E of said North Cabanne; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 52 to the northern line of Suburban Avenue; thence southwardly across Suburban Avenue to the northeast corner of Lot 7 in Block F of said North Cabanne; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 7 to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the southern line of said Lot 7 to the northwest corner of Lot 58 in Block F of said North 35 Cabanne; thence southwardly along the western line of said Lot 58 to the northern line of Bartmer Avenue; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Bartmer Avenue to the northward prolongation of the eastern line of Leona Avenue; thence southwardly along the northward prolongation of and the eastern line of Leona Avenue to the northern line of Maple Avenue; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Maple Avenue to the northward prolongation of the eastern line of Hays Avenue; thence southwardly along the northward prolongation of and the eastern line of Hays Avenue and its southward prolongation to the centerline of Olive Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Olive Street to the western limits of the City of St. Louis; thence southwardly along the western limits of the City of St. Louis to the centerline of Delmar Boulevard and the point of beginning.
