AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 366 (University
City Branch of River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 366 (University City Branch of River des
Peres Stormwater Subdistrict).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No 366
(University City Branch of River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict)
shall be as follows:

Beginning at the centerline of Delmar and the western limits of
the City of St. Louis; thence westwardly along the centerline of
Delmar Boulevard to the northward prolongation of the centerline
Melville Avenue; thence southwardly along the northward

eastward prolongation of the southern line of Washington Avenue;
thence westwardly along the eastward prolongation of and the
