AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Shrewsbury, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
1. The northern ninety-four (94) feet of the sewer
easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to the City of
Shrewsbury by deed recorded in Book 1386, Page 93 of the
records of St. Louis County, Missouri, over the eastern ten
(10) feet of Lot 9 in Block 20 of Shrewsbury Park 3rd
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
93 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
portion of the subject easement coincident with the sewer
easement, fifteen (15) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6445, Page
1710 of the records of St. Louis County, Missouri.
2. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to the
City of Shrewsbury by deed recorded in Book 1350, Page 618 of
the records of St. Louis County, Missouri, over the northern
ten (10) feet of Lot 10 in Block 20 of Shrewsbury Park 3rd
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
93 of the St. Louis County Records.
3. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to the
City of Shrewsbury by deed recorded in Book 1350, Page 619 of
the records of St. Louis County, Missouri, over the northern
ten (10) feet of Lot 11 in Block 20 of Shrewsbury Park 3rd
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
93 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
portion of the subject easement coincident with the sewer
easement, fifteen (15) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6445, Page
1710 of the St. Louis County Records.
4. The western twenty-eight (28) feet of the sewer
easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to the City of
Shrewsbury by deed recorded in Book 1361, Page 640 of the
records of St. Louis County, Missouri, over the northern ten
(10) feet of Lot 12 in Block 20 of Shrewsbury Park 3rd
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
93 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
portion of the subject easement coincident with the sewer
easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
by deed recorded in Book 6445, Page 1712 of the records of
St. Louis County, Missouri.
5. The sewer easement ten (10) feet wide granted to the

City of Shrewsbury by deed recorded in Book 1357, Page 455 of
the records of St. Louis County, Missouri, over the eastern
ten (10) feet of Lot 49 in Block 20 of Shrewsbury Park 3rd
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
93 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
southern six (6) feet thereof, and excepting therefrom the
portion of the subject easement coincident with the sewer
easement, fifteen (15) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6445, Page
1710 of the records of St. Louis County, Missouri. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1971.
