AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict to be used for construction of
gasoline pumps at the Lemay & Bissell Point Sewage Treatment
Plants.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to be
used for construction of gasoline pumps at the Lemay & Bissell
Point Sewage Treatment Plants.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1971.
