AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund Two
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Dollars ($2,730.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund and Five Hundred Forty Dollars ($540.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict
Operation and Maintenance Fund and making supplementary
appropriations for the current fiscal year to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund as detailed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred
Thirty Dollars ($2,730.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Five Hundred Forty Dollars
($540.00) is hereby transferred to the General Fund from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict
Operation and Maintenance Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be
used in the remainder of the current fiscal year, Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) for Court Costs and Recording and One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) to the Collection Division for travel expense.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1971.
