AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 343 (Manchester
and I-244 Interceptor) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of the residents
of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 343 (Manchester and I-244 Interceptor)
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 343
(Manchester and I-244 Interceptor) shall be as follows:

MANCHESTER AND I-244 INTERCEPTOR
Beginning in the centerline of Manchester Rd. at its intersection
with a line parallel with, and 520' westerly from, measured at
right angles to, the centerline of Des Peres Rd. (as it extends
south from said Manchester Rd.), said parallel line also being the
westerly boundary line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District as originally established; thence easterly along the
centerline of Manchester Rd. to the northerly prolongation of the
western line of U.S. Hwy. I-244; thence southerly along said
prolongation, and along said western line of said Hwy. I-244, to
its intersection with the east-west centerline of Sec. 34, T. 45
N., R. 5 E., St. Louis County, Mo.; thence west along said section
centerline, and along the east-west centerline of Sec. 33, T. 45
N., R. 5 E., to its intersection with a line parallel with, and
250' westerly from, measured at right angles to, the centerline of
Des Peres Rd.; thence northerly 318.98∀ along said last described
parallel line to the south line of Lot 12 of OGE SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof recorded in P. B. 9, Pg. 85 of the City (former
County) of St. Louis, Mo. Recorder's office; thence westerly
234.10' along said south line of Lot 12 to a southwest corner of
property conveyed to MEGLIO INVESTMENT COMPANY by deed recorded in
Bk. 6357, Pg. 1047, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northerly along the western line of said Meglio Investment Company
property 400' to an angle point therein, at the northeast corner
of property conveyed to Carl B. and D. Rufle, by deed recorded as
Daily #133 on 9-28-59; thence westerly along the north line of

said Rufle property, 35.9' to its intersection with said line
heretofore described as parallel to, and 520' westerly from, the
centerline of Des Peres Rd.; and thence northerly along said last
described line to the beginning.
