AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Eleven Thousand
Dollars ($11,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek Trunk
Subdistrict to be used to pay for Site Improvements and other
expenses necessarily incidental thereto at the former Affton
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to be used to pay for Site Improvements and
other expenses necessarily incidental thereto at the former Affton
Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1971.
