AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Eleven Thousand
Dollars ($11,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be
used for construction of storm sewers at Consul and Gravois in
Affton, Missouri, and for expenses necessarily incidental thereto.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund to be used for construction of storm sewers at
Consul and Gravois in Affton, Missouri, and for expenses
necessarily incidental thereto.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1971.
