AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Construction Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict to be used to pay a portion of the
District's costs of conducting an extensive pilot plant program
leading toward the addition of secondary treatment at the Bissell
Point and Lemay Treatment Plants in the Mississippi River
Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000. 00) is hereby appropriated from the Construction Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to be used to pay a portion
of the District's costs of conducting an extensive pilot plant
program leading toward the addition of secondary treatment at the
Bissell Point and Lemay Treatment Plants in the Mississippi River
Subdistrict.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1971.
