AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1864, adopted April 3, 1969 and Section Two of Ordinance No. 2032,
adopted May 7, 1970, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 268 (Lin Ferry-Tesson Ferry) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Board finds that an additional area can be
efficiently served as a part of Subdistrict No. 268 (Lin Ferry-
Tesson Ferry) which area included therein is not presently
benefitted by improvements in the Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 1864,
adopted April 3, 1969 as amended by Ordinance No. 2032, adopted
May 7, 1970, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict No. 268
(Lin Ferry-Tesson Ferry) an area described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh
Bl. and Lin Ferry Dr.; thence southeastwardly along the
centerline of Lindbergh Bl. to its intersection with the
southern prolongation of the western line of property
conveyed to Chippewa-Watson Corp., et al., by deed recorded
in Bk. 6382, Pg. 1238, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence northwardly along said prolongation, and along the
western line of said Chippewa-Watson Corp., et al., property
to its intersection with a line parallel with, and 300'
northwardly from, measured at right angles to, the centerline
of Lindbergh Bl.; thence westwardly along said parallel line
to its intersection with the eastern line of property
conveyed to Concord Investment Corp., by deed recorded in Bk.
6220, Pg. 125, said Recorder's office; thence southwardly and
westwardly along the eastern and southern lines, resp., of
said Concord Investment Corp. property, and along the
straight western prolongation of the southern line thereof,
to the centerline of Lin Ferry Dr.; and thence southwardly
along said Lin Ferry Dr. centerline, to the beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1864
as amended by Ordinance No. 2032, and as hereby amended shall read
as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 268
(Lin Ferry-Tesson Ferry) shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Tesson
Ferry Rd. (Highway 21) before relocation, with the centerline
of Lindbergh Bl.; thence southwestwardly along the centerline
of said Tesson Ferry Rd. to its intersection with the
northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of property
conveyed to Barland, Inc., by deed recorded in Bk. 3626, Pg.
224, St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the
southwestern and southern lines of said Barland, Inc.,
property to the west line of OCHS ACRES, a subdivision as per
plat thereof recorded in P.B. 48, Pg. 11, said Recorder's
office; thence northwardly along the western line of said
OCHS ACRES to the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly

along the north line of said subdivision to the northeast
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along a line parallel with
the centerline of Lindbergh Bl. to the west line of property,
conveyed to Joseph F. and Marlis E. Thum by deed recorded in
Bk. 5260, Pg. 626, said Recorder's office; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Thum property and its northern
prolongation to the centerline of Lindbergh Bl.; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of said Lindbergh Bl. to
its intersection with the southern prolongation of the
western line of property conveyed to Chippewa-Watson Corp.,
et al., by deed recorded in Bk. 6382, Pg. 1238 said
Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said prolongation
and along the western line of said Chippewa-Watson Corp., et
al., property to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 300' northwardly from, measured at right angles to, the
centerline of Lindbergh Bl.; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to the eastern line of property conveyed to
Concord Investment Corp. by deed recorded in Bk. 6220, Pg.
125 said Recorder's office; thence southwardly and westwardly
along the eastern and southern lines, resp., of said Concord
Investment Corp. property, and along the straight western
prolongation of the southern line thereof, to the centerline
of Lin Ferry Dr.; thence northwardly along the centerline of
Lin Ferry Dr. to the northeastwardly prolongation of the
southeastern line of property conveyed to Jess Watts and
wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 5269, Pg. 519, said Recorder's

office; thence southwestwardly, northwestwardly and
northeastwardly along said northeastwardly prolongation and
said southeastern line, along the southwestern line and along
the northwestern line and its northeastwardly prolongation,
respectively, of said Watts property, to the centerline of
Lin Ferry Dr.; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of
Lin Ferry Dr. to the centerline of Tesson Ferry Rd. as
relocated; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of
said relocated Tesson Ferry Rd. to its intersection with the
northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of property
conveyed to Louise Masel, et al., by deed recorded in Bk.
4501, Pg. 551, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly
along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said
Masel property to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 250' southeast of, measured at right angles to, the
centerline of said Tesson Ferry Road as relocated; thence
northeastwardly along said parallel line to the southwest
line of Lot 3 in SUNSET VIEW, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 58, Pg. 37, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along the southwest
line of Lots 3, 2 and 1 in said SUNSET VIEW, and along the
northwestern prolongation of said southwest lines to the
centerline of Tesson Ferry Rd., as relocated; thence
northeastwardly along the centerline of said Tesson Ferry Rd.
to its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the
southwest line of Lot 8 in WALCHSHAUSER SUBD., a subdivision

as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 54, Pg. 22, said
Recorder's office; thence N. 31 deg. 35' W. along said
prolongation and along the southwest line of said Lot 8, a
total distance of 169.18' to an angle point in said southwest
line of Lot 8; thence along the northern line of property
conveyed to Frank T. Huttig and wife, by deed recorded in Bk.
2944, Pg. 347, said Recorder's office, S. 54 deg. 13' W.,
84.28' and N. 73 deg. 22' W. 84.71' to the easternmost corner
of Lot 6 in said WALCHSHAUSER SUBD.; thence S. 28 deg. 26'
W., 60' along a southeast line of said Lot 6 to the
southernmost corner of said Lot 6; thence southwestwardly
across Walchshauser Dr. to the easternmost corner of Lot 1 in
said WALCHSHAUSER SUBD.; thence southwestwardly along the
southeast line of Lots 1 and 2 in said subdivision to the
southernmost corner of said Lot 2; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Lot 2 to the westernmost
corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the southwestern
prolongation of the northwest line of said WALCHSHAUSER SUBD.
to the easternmost corner of WERNER SUBD., a subdivision as
per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 64, Pg. 10, St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence N. 57 deg. 44' W., 224.91'
along the northeast line of said WERNER SUBD. to the
northernmost corner thereof; thence along the northwest line
of said subdivision, S. 41 deg. 01' W., 303.52'; thence N. 57
deg. 44' W., parallel with, and 300.00' southwestwardly from
(measured along the southeast line of Lavinia Rd.) the

southwest line of property conveyed to James C. Madding and
wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3487, Pg. 442, St. Louis County
Recorder's office, to the centerline of Lavinia Rd.; thence
southwestwardly, southwardly and southeastwardly along the
centerline of said Lavinia Rd. to the centerline of Tesson
Ferry Rd. before relocation; thence southwestwardly along the
centerline of Tesson Ferry Rd. before relocation, across
Lindbergh Bl., to the point of beginning."
Section Three. The Board finds that it is necessary for
protection of the public health to begin at once the procedure to
construct sewage facilities in the foregoing area. Accordingly,
an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan and this
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
