AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1887, adopted May 15, 1969 and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 266 (Burnett Lane Lateral) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1887, adopted May 15, 1969
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 266 (Burnett Lane Lateral), as set forth in
Section Two thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at the westernmost corner of property conveyed to
Charles J. and Minnie J. Weinreich, et al., by deed recorded
in Book 3255, Page 75, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence northeastwardly 100 feet along the northwest line of
said Weinreich property; thence southeastwardly and parallel
with the southwest line of said Weinreich property to its
intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the
southeast line of property conveyed to John J. Miklovic and
wife by deed recorded in Book 3235, Page 349, said Recorder's
office; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation to the
easternmost corner of said Miklovic property; thence
northwestwardly along said Miklovic property to the
beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1887
as hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 266
(Burnett Lane Lateral) shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Reavis
Barracks Road with the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast line of property conveyed to Frank and Vincent
Cusumano, Trustees, by deed recorded in Book 5294, Page 415,
St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly
along said prolongation, and along the southeast line of said
Cusumano property to the easternmost corner thereof in the
southwest line of property conveyed to Brooks C. McArthy and
wife by deed recorded in Book 6303, Page 2256, said
Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the southwest
line of said McArthy property to the southernmost corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of
said McArthy property to the easternmost corner thereof,
being in the southwest line of property conveyed to Charles
J. and Minnie J. Weinreich, et al., by deed recorded in Book
3162, Page 96, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly
along the southwest line of said Weinreich property to the
northwest line of another tract conveyed to Charles J. and
Minnie J. Weinreich, et al., by deed recorded in Book 3255,
Page 75, said Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along
the northwest line of the last mentioned Weinreich property
to a western corner thereof, being the northernmost corner of
property conveyed to John J. Miklovic and wife by deed
recorded in Book 3235, Page 349, said Recorder's office;
thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said

Miklovic property to its easternmost corner; thence
southwestwardly along the southeast lines of said Miklovic
property, and that conveyed to George R. Ottoline and wife by
deed recorded in Book 3363, Page 406, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; to the southernmost corner of said
Ottoline property; thence northwestwardly along the southwest
line of said Ottoline property to the northernmost corner of
property conveyed to Heinz K. Haring and wife by deed
recorded in Book 3842, Page 634, said Recorder's office;
thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said
Haring property, and along the southwestern prolongation of
said northwest line, to the centerline of Reavis Barracks
Road; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Reavis
Barracks Road to the beginning."
