AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement ten (10) feet wide, the southern line of
which is ninety-five (95) feet northwest of and parallel to
the southeast line of Lot 29 of Mercury Meadows, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 31 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1971.
