AN ORDINANCE, transferring Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($2,100.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
and Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($8,400.00) from the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict and Ten Thousand
Five Hundred ($10,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
District General Fund to the Equipment Depreciation Fund and
appropriating same to be used for replacement of equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($2,100.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Revenue Fund to the Equipment Depreciation Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($8,400.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the Equipment Depreciation
Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Ten Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($10,500.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the District General Fund to the Equipment Depreciation
Fund.
Section Four. The total sum of Twenty-one Thousand
Dollars ($21,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Equipment
Depreciation Fund to be used for replacement of equipment.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1971.
