AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund,
Operation and Maintenance, to be used to pay the cost of
construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 83 (Grampian
Road).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund, Operation and Maintenance, to be used to
pay the cost of constructing approximately 3,218 lineal feet of
storm sewers, varying in size from twelve (12") inches to sixty
(60") inches in diameter and appurtenances in Subdistrict No. 83
(Grampian Road).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1971.
