AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the City of
Maplewood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easements five (5) feet wide, over the western five
(5) feet of Lot 19 and the eastern five (5) feet of Lot 20 in
Block 7 of Hyland Park Resubdivision, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 75 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 29, 1971.
