AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($1,900.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund of the District to be used to pay the cost of construction of
a flap gate manhole at Belt and Ashland Avenue in the City of St.
Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($1,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to be used to pay the
cost of constructing one flap gate manhole at Belt and Ashland
Avenue in the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1971.
