AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner
Incorporated, for the construction of a stormwater channel with
inlets in Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek), with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive
Director to Kozeny-Wagner Incorporated, as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of a stormwater channel with inlets
in Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, in an area located south of Mullanphy
Lane and west of Patterson Road, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
September, 1971 and formally executed on the 14th day of
September, 1971, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:

Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for the construction of a stormwater
channel and the stormwater channel to be constructed being
necessary for the protection of the public health, an emergency
exists within the meaning of the Plan, and this Ordinance shall be
and become effective immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 1971.
