HomeMy Public PortalAbout02221 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2221 AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seven Thousand and Fifty- five Dollars ($7,055.00) from the Gravois Creek Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be used as follows: Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00) of which is to be used to pay for the cost of condemnation of easements for Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh Concord Village Avenue); and Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-five Dollars ($3,855.00) of which is to be used to pay for the construction of outfall sewers to serve an area along East Watson Road. WHEREAS, this District is willing to cause to be constructed the improvements above to provide service to Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh & Concord Village Avenue), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand and Fifty-five Dollars ($7,055.00) is hereby appropriated from the Gravois Creek Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be used as follows: Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00) of which is to be used to pay for the costs of condemnation of easements for Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh & Concord Village Avenue); and Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-five Dollars ($3,855.00) of which is to be used to pay for the construction of outfall sewers to serve an area along East Watson Road. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 1971.
