AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Ulmer Equipment
Company for the furnishing and delivery of Pumping Equipment with
accessories for Pilot Plant Program, in St. Louis City and St.
Louis County with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Ulmer Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the furnishing and delivery of Pumping
Equipment with accessories, for the Pilot Plant Program at Bissell
Point and Lemay Sewage Treatment Plants, Mississippi River
Subdistrict, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day
of August, 1971, and formally executed on the 15th day of
September, 1971 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District in the
following form:
