AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty-five Dollars ($23,755.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance and Personnel
Departments for the implementation of the Safety Program for the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($10,280.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department, Capital Outlay Account, and Three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) is appropriated to the Maintenance
Department for safety materials and supplies.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Personnel Department, Personal
Services Account; Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) is appropriated
to the Personnel Department, Materials and Supplies Account; Six
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($675.00) is appropriated to the
Contractual Services Account; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
is appropriated to the Capital Outlay Account.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 1971.
