AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Personnel Department for clinical, medical and
hospital services and expenses for employee injuries.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Personnel Department Operating
Expense, Contractual Services Account, for clinical, medical and
hospital services and expenses for employee injuries.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1971.
